Manage your water account on the go – it’s quick and easy to submit meter readings, pay your bill and check your account history, report leaks and you can even use our torch to help you read your water meter.

Requirements
You must have a United Utilities account number (if you are a new customer let us know here https://www.unitedutilities.com/my-account/moving-home/a-new-customer/) *
A WIFI , 3G or Edge connection is required

*you can report a leak without needing your account number

The App will ask your permission before some actions, such as calling us from the App and using your camera for meter reads.

Update Feb 2024 Google Pixel phone. App has been working fine to submit meter readings. Camera and Torch both worked. However, the last few weeks it does not open. "Cannot connect to the server." When it is working it is basic and does not do much more than take meter readings.

Very basic. Only has two payment options of either pay full or pay custom amount. If you're trying to pay monthly or half of your bill, you have to manage this yourself. It doesn't give statements or notifications of due payments. Doesn't let you set up oranage a direct debit but you can from their website.

It's always so frustrated. They put into your account the amount which you are not supposed to owe. I paid my bill 2 days before it's still showing into my account as over due. Poor service
